Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be Australian residents who are children or grandchildren of an ex-serving veteran (with specific definitions and service requirements). Applicants must be planning to enrol or be enrolled full-time in an AQF-recognised tertiary course (university, TAFE or RTO) for 2026 and for the term of the scholarship. Priority given to those who have not previously undertaken tertiary study; second/graduate degrees (AQF Level 8+) may be considered but are lower priority. Applicants should be in receipt of or eligible for means-tested Commonwealth student payments (e.g., Youth Allowance, ABSTUDY, Austudy, VCES, MRCAETS).
