Australian citizens starting or continuing QUT undergraduate/postgraduate degrees with minimum GPA 4.0, representing Australian state/national sporting organizations in Olympic/Paralympic/Commonwealth Games sports or professional leagues, with minimum Talent 4 (T4) athlete categorisation or 'Emerging' Athlete Categorisation
